·     to identify suppliers for mechanical & electrical items将供应商按机械项目与电气项目分类 
·     auditing and development of supplier’s qualification process审查并发展供应商资质认定程序 
·     obtaining of quotations including monitoring of quotation deadlines获得报价，监督报价最后期限 
·     realisation of  technical and commercial comparisons of quotations技术方面与盈利方面进行报价对比 
·     to participate in  / to conduct contract negotiations with suppliers参与/执行与供应商的合同协商 
·     close co-operation with purchasing dept., project team and project controlling  
     department in the German headquarters与采购部门，项目团队及德国总部的项目控制密切合作 
·     deadline monitoring of delivery periods监督交货期限 
·     creating and implementing market-analysis for various commodities对不同货品进行市场分析 
·     to make use of cost saving potentials利用可能的成本控制

Requirements:

·    Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related major 机械工程相关专业本科以上学历

·    at least 5 years professional purchasing experience gained in a mechanical engineering company with international orientation 5年以上国际机械工程公司采购经验 
·     negotiating experience and knowledge of Chinese Contract Laws and Regulations拥有中国合同法及规定的谈判经验及相关知识 
 ·     ability to read and understand technical drawings能够读懂及理解技术图纸 
·     outstanding motivation主动性强 
·     effective working methods and reliability工作效率高，可信赖 
·     team player团队合作行强

·     to be familiar with MS-Office programs 熟悉MS办公软件 
·     fluent business English商务英语流利
