Job Description:
1. Support Changzhou Plant learning and development system implementation and continuous improvement to meet business KPI;
2. Facilitate the talent review process in Changzhou Plant and keep on reviewing the effectiveness of the process;
3. Understand the needs of organization development in Changzhou plant, prioritize focus areas and design various talent development projects to effectively enhance organizational capability;
4. Responsible for plant level competence matrix and career ladder build up and communication; and make sure it is align with Eaton functional competence guidelines;
5. Coordinate with Staffing function to design, implement annual plant level engineering and operations DP program and build up early talent pool;
6. Responsible for plant annual HR operating review and action planning process;
7. Partner with department manager to review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention and engagement;
8. Support and Ensure Corporate or Division HR projects plant roll out, including: wellness, flex benefits, etc;
Requirment:
1. Bachelor or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field;
2. More than 3 years solid experience in training and development function, MNC background preferred.
3. Good command of both oral and written English;
4. Excellent project management skills
5. Very good business acumen, strategic, organized and result-driven, good at communication and execution;
